Return Policy

Returns are allowed within 45 days of purchase, or within 30 days of delivery.

Refund will be made to the original form of payment. If the customer paid with a credit card the refund will be issued to the same credit card.

If the return is caused by seller's fault, seller will pay for return postage. If the return is not the result of seller's fault, ie. customer changes mind or ordered wrong merchandise, the return shipping charge will be the responsibility of the customer. 

The customer can request a return within the return period by contacting us first for a RMA. 

Seller has the right to charge a restocking fee up to 25% if the returned merchandise is used, damaged, or missing components. Shipping charge is not refundable. Customer can choose to get a refund or a replacement(upon availability).
